Hi all, i have been asked to put into words ,how i felt when i won the jp.so here goes
Well Monday 22nd of june started as per normal,i so didnt want to go to work and as usual i was running late,
I very nearly didnt turn my pc on, as i knew if i did i would get stuck in the blue room losing money,and be even later for work,
Call it fate or whatever, i decided to "waste" a £10. and i think i needed my fix of chit chat from my mates in the blue room to start my day, always welcoming and always making me laugh
Well the first half a dozen games came and went in a blur of "wdw", omg her/ him again ?, and i cant even get close",claims from the blue room,
I was only risking 50 p a time,and as the clock ticked ever near to 9am, i went for it and bought 18 tickets,the game kicked off and i started to potter about, finding my teeth , adjusting my wig, basically getting ready to face the world and paid no attention to the game in progress,
I came back to the screen, as the 1 line was called,(wd aimee ) my best card was 6tg, so off i popped to find my car keys, and came back to turn off the pc, only to find i needed 3 numbers........top line number 34, middle line 69 (yeah i know) who ever gets one of them in the morning?, and bottom line number 47
I glanced down and noticed there were only 31 numbers gone,thats when my heart started beating faster.
Well blow me down, next number out was 69, leaving 2tg, i flopped back into my seat with bated breath, thinking dare i look? well the next 3 numbers popped out,and i was watching the chat roomies stating "this is crap" all the whilst thinking not where im sitting it isnt,
I was so wrapped up in the game i didnt even post anything on screen even though it was 1tg for 2 lines, then out popped number 34,wahooooooo i had won £104 ,chuffed wasnt the word, and the room went crazy,(bless em).
I glanced down and noticed only 36 numbers were out,my hands were shaking so much i could only just managed to type 4777777777777777 ( as you do)
Then almost in slow motion out she came,well i can tell you now, my flabber has never been so gasted,i saw the chat room screen fill up with wtggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg,'s
And for once i was speechless,i looked and looked again,at the big red 47 staring back at me,and if i could have got hold of Bobby at that moment there would have been a big wet kiss in it for him,
And omg seeing a balance at the top of £9,300, wasnt something to be sniffed at
I could not believe it and any moment expected to do a Pam Ewing and wake up to find it was all a dream, and some strange man in my shower,
Im pleased to say neither of those things happened and omg Bazza had won the jp
Can i just say, we all know the blue room is by far the best one on the site,but the congrats i got from all the peep,s bought a lump to my throat, and cm cindertoffee was so happy for me,( i did wonder if she was on commision lol )
People were truly happy for me, and i only got the one begging letter, and it wouldnt be fair for me to say who from................ (wacckyjaquie)
Well,i think i have rambled enough,its almost a novel,
But i am grateful for Adderz, for giving us the forum , and the chance for me to be able to thank all my friends in the blue room for their congratulations and lovely comments
Now one of you guys go and win it,thats would make it even better for me
